Tasting Notes:

Nose: A rich Dundee fruit cake topped with toasted almonds and citrus zest. Buttery baked apples. All soft and subtle.

Palate: Initially a peppery spiciness on the attack, but the honey sweetness finally prevails. Some light fresh fruits and a little toasted almonds.

Finish: The peppery warmth provides good length, but fades to a lovely sweeter aftertaste. Colour: Pale Gold
