Tasting Notes:

Nose: Clear, crisp, fruity and malty. Toasted malt loaf and butter spread with a spoonful of fruit compote. Almond frangipane with a touch of herbal honey.

Palate: Quite syrupy. Apple peel, crunchy granola with raisins. Icing sugar tempered by some white pepper and wood spice.

Finish: Medium long, sweet and spicy. Quite zesty, as the spices fade, the honeyed fruits return.
