Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dark Sherried fruits and spicy wood, but a little shy at first. Needs some time to develop. Moves more to chocolate with notes of liquorice.

Palate: Big and chewy textured. Dark caramel, with dried figs and prunes. Fairly drying with herbal notes creeping in. Some zingy citrus and spice offsets the fruity sweetness.

Finish: Long and drying with toasted oak. The sherried dried fruits persist and fade gently. Very tasty and moreish. Colour: Full Gold
