This XO Cognac from the Philbert Brothers that is a modern take on a traditional Cognac, made with a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne Cognacs, matured in French oak. Aromas of candied fruits, prunes and iris fill the nose, complemented by notes of baking spices, peppery oak, candied peel, leather and prunes throughout the palate.
